Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Br-Automation 8MSA4S.R0-66 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brandless products, including obsoleted and phased-out Canarm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bucher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brandless such as the LCD640 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HVLSES751N04TXB16 manufactured by Canarm and we are pleased to be able to service most Canarm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36ND82 by Manufacturer Bucher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Brandless Brand 1589821 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Caloritech such as XTWL04483 equipment made by Caloritech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Caloritech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Caloritech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V2E47 made by Carotron as well as the popular BG3KM28005TM4S original spares produced by Brother

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 121X93 by Brandless and XTWL04483 spares by Caloritech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MD0029 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cherusal.
